Every unloving thought or act that you condemn strengthens the belief there is an opposite to love; something that offers a better solution to your problems. Every unloving thought that you bring to the Source of Love within you affirms that only love is real. One tries to make real what is not true. The other lifts the veil of illusion exposing our whole consciousness to truth. Be conscious of your thoughts and recognize you are always choosing one or the other.
