Loving and happiness are found together. Judgment inevitably results in anger. Decide which you want from life today? Keep a journal and record the occasions, large and small, when you chose to be loving and those when judgment seemed called for. When your day is done ask yourself if you had the day you wanted. Then look at what you brought to life today. If what you wanted did not meet with what you gave, focus tomorrow on the choice to be loving and see how that affects the happiness you find.
