When you discover a brother who appears to be unloving, whose behavior provokes some fear or calls for a “slight” judgment, be grateful. Be grateful you have learned there is a different way to see him; that you have found the Means to see his loving presence. Be grateful you no longer need be burdened with the fears and anger of judging him – or yourself. Learning to make gratitude your first thought is the “fast track” to forgiveness.
