I feel the strength of my desire to let the world of pain and suffering go. But there are moments I also feel the appeal this world has as home to those I dearly love. I ask Brother how to see this. He says, ”Value the world as a learning experience of what is real and what is only your imagination. What you will learn is that only love is real and as you see the lack of love in the perception that has made this world, you become more receptive to a world that love has made, allowing that world to then appear. In this way you do not create the need to abandon what has familiar appeal to you until you have made a substitute you value even more. Soon then, all the attributes of separation will lose their appeal and drop away. But the transition has been made with no sense of loss by simply letting love do what it must always do: unite you with your whole and real Self.”
